Refer people to a tool that's already on their side. Get paid for as long as they stick around.
Healthvocate helps people fight denied claims, audit medical bills, and find missed benefits. If your audience already deals with any of that, this is a fit — not a stretch.

Who this is actually built for
Not a generic “refer anyone” program — it's built around a specific overlap.
How it works
The numbers
Commissions are provisional for 30 days (refunds/chargebacks/cancellations can adjust them) before they're eligible for payout. Full terms are shown when you join.
Refer a business, not just a household
Healthvocate also sells to teams — employers, brokers, and advocacy organizations buy seats for whole workforces. Enterprise referrals pay 5% of every seat, every month, for 24 months.
Worked example from our published volume pricing, assuming the account stays active for the full window — not a promise of any account size or outcome. If your audience includes benefits brokers, HR, or business owners, this is the highest-value referral you can make. Join and mention enterprise.
What we ask of affiliates
We take FTC compliance seriously, and we need affiliates to as well. These are the same terms you'll sign when you join:
By joining the program you agree to all of the following. Any of these can end your commissions and remove you from the program:
- Disclose clearly. Every post, email, video, or page promoting Healthvocate must clearly state that you earn a commission (e.g. “#ad” or “I earn a commission if you sign up”), as the FTC requires.
- Be truthful. No false, exaggerated, or unverifiable claims about Healthvocate, its results, or savings. Never guarantee outcomes, approvals, or specific dollar amounts.
- No fabricated endorsements. Do not invent testimonials, reviews, doctors, or before/after results, and do not present AI-generated people or voices as real customers or staff.
- No spam. No unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or messaging. Follow CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and all applicable laws.
- Promote honestly. Do not use misleading domains or usernames, or impersonate Healthvocate. Bidding on “Healthvocate” or confusingly similar terms in paid search (Google, Meta, etc.) is not permitted, and “Healthvocate” may not appear in your ad display URLs.
- No incentivized or coupon traffic. Do not pay, rebate, or otherwise reward people for clicking or signing up, and do not list your link or promo code on coupon or deal sites.
- No recruiting other affiliates for pay. You may not offer, pay, or promise compensation to get someone else to join this program. Commission is earned only by referring paying customers — never by referring other affiliates.
- No implying government or insurer affiliation. Never suggest Healthvocate is affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of Medicare, Social Security, CMS, or any insurer.
You don't need to build a landing page. Your links land on healthvocate.com, and we host the pages they land on — including channel-specific entry points — so the copy, the claims, and the tracking are all on our side and cannot break. Because those pages are ours, building your own bridge page or pre-lander in between still isn't permitted without written approval: the words on it would be claims we are answerable for, and we would rather write them.
Healthvocate may withhold, void, or claw back commissions, and may suspend or end your participation, for any violation of these terms, fraud, a refunded payment, or a chargeback — doing so ends commission on that referral immediately, regardless of whether they remain subscribed. Referrals from you, from anyone in your household, or from any account you control are not commissionable and will be voided; we check for this automatically. Commissions on Individual and Family referrals are 30% of what a referred customer pays Healthvocate — the $10 unlock credit, subscription payments, and annual plans included — for as long as they stay subscribed and your account remains in good standing, paid via Stripe after a 30-day holding period, on the 1st and 15th of each month. Team/Enterprise referrals are commissioned at 5% under separate terms: a 24-month window, with a longer 90-day hold on the first payout before reverting to the standard 30-day hold. The lower enterprise rate reflects per-seat billing, where an account can be many times the size of an individual subscription. Unusually large payments (six figures or more) may be held longer and paid in installments, at our discretion, to ensure they've cleared.
