Our mission

An advocate in everyone's corner.

For almost every adversarial system in adult life you have someone on your side. For the back office of healthcare — where people quietly lose money and forfeit rights they never knew they had — most have no one. Healthvocate exists to change that.

Why we exist

You have a lawyer for legal trouble, an accountant for taxes, an advisor for your finances. For the administrative and financial machinery around healthcare — the part that can quietly cost you thousands of dollars and the care you actually need — there has been no equivalent. We are building it.

Put a capable advocate in everyone's corner for the part of healthcare no one helps you with — and make it something a household can buy directly, not a perk reserved for large employers.

The problem we're built for

The system assumes you'll face it alone

The back office of American healthcare is adversarial and fragmented, and consumers navigate it with effectively no representation. Three things are true at almost every step:

$

A bill is a starting number

Rarely a fixed price — and often far above what the same service is actually paid. Most bills are worth checking before you pay them.

§

A denial is appealable

Not a medical judgment but a coverage decision you have the right to challenge — and a large share are reversed when someone pushes back.

You're the only one alone

There is an expert party on the other side of every step, with its own incentives. The person whose health and money are at stake sits there without one.

How we're different

Built with judgment, not just speed

The same tools that let one person build a platform like this also make it easy to build it carelessly. We made the harder choices on purpose.

The architecture

AI as an inference engine, never the voice

In a category where a confident, fluent, wrong sentence is a real liability, we constrain the technology. Our AI returns structured data; our software writes every word you read, grounded in verified sources. The model decides structure; the application controls language.

The boundary

You are always in the loop

Healthvocate drafts and checks — it never acts on your behalf without your review and your signature. The platform assists; you decide and act. That is both an ethical stance and a clean boundary.

The standard

Privacy and compliance by design

Health information is never shared with advertising networks. We use no fabricated endorsers, no fake testimonials, and make no guaranteed-outcome claims — the practices regulators have rightly pursued elsewhere.

Who built it

One founder, with the judgment the tools can't supply

Healthvocate was built by its solo founder — a finance professional with about a decade in valuation (including time at S&P Global and a fintech, and FMVA-certified) and an SMU graduate based in the Dallas area. He built the entire platform — fifteen tools, the team and payment infrastructure, and the compliance architecture beneath it — himself, using modern AI tooling.

The conviction behind the company is that the expensive, slow part of building software has moved — and that the capability can finally be turned toward putting comprehensive advocacy directly in the hands of the people who need it.

On your side of the table

Put an advocate in your corner.

If you've ever stared at a denial you didn't know how to fight, or a bill you couldn't decode — this was built for you.

Healthvocate is an independent commercial service — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing CMS, the SSA, the VA, any state Medicaid agency, any insurer, or any other body. It is not legal, medical, or financial advice, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
